Hours for food service: Opens 4 p.m.; closes 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, midnight Friday, Saturday.

Report card: A hot spot downtown with a creative menu unlike others found elsewhere. Prices are midrange and higher. Service is good. Adults only, since Frog includes a bar and wine room.
