Another GF swine flu vaccine clinic set for Thursday in Grand Forks
Children 6 months through 18 years may be immunized for the Swine flu Thursday in Grand Forks.By: Herald Staff Report, Grand Forks Herald
Grand Forks Public Health and Altru Health System will hold another H1N1 immunization clinic for children 6 months through 18 years of age from 4 to 7 p.m., or until the vaccine runs out, Thursday in the Alerus Center.
People are asked to enter through door #5 on the east side of the Alerus Center. Doors will open at 4 p.m.
Both injectable vaccine and FluMist will be available for free. FluMist can be given to healthy children ages 2 through 18.
Questions about the flu may be directed to (866) 207-2880 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Residents can also follow the local H1N1 flu fight on the Facebook Fan Page “GF H1N1 Flu Fight.”
