Katie Pankonin, East Grand Forks, MN, and Jeremy Curran, Crookston, MN, are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. Parents of the couple are Doris Pankonin, East Grand Forks, MN, and Jim and Beth Curran, Crookston, MN.

Katie is a 2004 graduate of East Grand Forks Senior High, and a 2007 graduate of Northland Community and Technical College, East Grand Forks, MN, with a degree in nursing. She is currently employed at Altru and Valley Memorial Homes as a LPN.

Jeremy is a 2005 graduate of Crookston High School, and will graduate from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, ND, in December 2009 with a degree in Mass Communications. He works at Valley Dairy in Grand Forks, ND, and also at his internship, Studio One.

A July 25, 2009 wedding is planned in Crookston, MN, with a reception and dance to follow in Grand Forks, ND.

The couple will reside in East Grand Forks, MN.
