Wisconsin man charged in N.D. trafficking case to remain in jail
BISMARCK -- A Wisconsin man charged with forcibly bringing women to North Dakota to work as prostitutes will stay in jail.
Levell Durr, 31, faces a federal charge of coercion and enticement, but U.S. Attorney for North Dakota Tim Purdon said earlier this week that more charges are possible as the investigation continues.
