VIDEO: Altru crowns babies born on same day as British royal

Email

Grand Forks' Altru Hospital celebrated the birth of its own royals just as the British were celebrating the birth of their new royal in London Monday.

The hospital crowned Prince Ryan Eric Lewis, born 4:29 a.m., and Princess Liliana Rose Acosta, born 7:30 a.m., according to spokeswoman Angie Laxdal.

That's a few hours ahead of the birth of the future king of Britain, who was born at 4:24 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time, or 10:24 a.m. Central Daylight Time.
