U.S. wins Olympic gold in ice dancing

SOCHI, Russia - Meryl Davis and Charlie White produced a sultry and spellbinding performance to Scheherazade to become the first Americans to win the Olympic ice dance title on Monday.

In a showdown with rivals and Canadian training partners Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, the American pair won with a record total of 195.52.
