Thief River Falls man faces child solicitation charge
A Thief River Falls, Minn., man has been charged with electronic solicitation of children after being arrested Thursday.
Marty D. Johnson, 51, Thief River Falls, was arrested in Pennington County by the Kittson County Sheriff’s Department, Chief Deputy Steve Porter said in a Kittson County Sheriff’s press release.
Johnson’s criminal charge could mean imprisonment for up to three years, a $5,000 fine or both, Porter said.
Johnson is being held in Kittson County Jail and is expected to have his first court appearance in Hallock today.
