With beautiful bright red hair, Karly Anderson, a stylist at Olivieri's Salon and Spa, instantly stands out in a crowd. And, her hair automatically adds as a pop of color to any look.

But along with her hair color, Anderson is also known for spicing up her looks with bold vintage accessories, which she finds in thrift shops.

For a casual Friday at the salon, Anderson added a gold bird pin and big vintage earrings to her simple all-black ensemble. For her, it's all about the accessories, and she said the bigger the better.

• How would you describe your everyday style?

"Kind of vintage. I collect vintage jewelry that I like to incorporate into my looks ... a lot of black."

• How do you typically accessorize?

"Usually all vintage. I always have clip-on earrings on. And I always have a pin on."

• Where do you shop for clothes and accessories?

"Thrift stores. Vintage stores in Fargo. Rue 21. I like finding things nobody else has."

• Do you have a signature piece that you always wear?

"Always earrings. The bigger the better."

• What item are you currently craving?
