If you don’t have a special wine refrigerator to monitor wine at different temperatures, fear not — follow this quick tip for hitting the right notes.
For a red wine, refrigerate the bottle for 20 to 30 minutes and then serve. For a white wine, refrigerate the bottle until fully chilled, and then let it sit out at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
