N.D. starts survey on Pembina Gorge
The state of North Dakota is continuing to seek public input on a master plan for the Pembina Gorge State Recreation Area.
The Parks and Recreation Department is asking recreation-area users to complete a survey at bit.ly/1hh00Yi.
The recreation area, which opened in 2012, is on the Pembina River west of Walhalla, N.D. So far, the state has built a multi-use trail system in the area but seeks ideas on future developments.
