Homeless man arrested for meth while walking along I-94 in Dickinson
A homeless man residing in Dickinson was arrested at about 6:30 a.m. Monday after Stark County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a man affecting traffic while walking on Interstate 94 near milemarker 62 in Dickinson.
Timothy Dunagan, 36, was found to be in possession of methamphetamines, a Class B misdemeanor and was also charged with preventing arrest and disorderly conduct.
“He was out on the road trying to get people to stop for him,” Stark County Sheriff’s Capt. Dean Franchuk said.
