East Grand Forks man with suspended license injured in I-29 rollover
An East Grand Forks man with a suspended license suffered non-life-threatening injuries after losing control of his car Tuesday morning on Interstate 29, the state Highway Patrol said.
Arsenio James, 26, was southbound from Grand Forks in a Chrysler sedan around 11:20 a.m. when he lost control because of a flat tire, he told investigators. The car went into a ditch and rolled several times.
Another driver picked James up and took him to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.
The patrol said he was cited for driving under suspension and for care required.
