NASA astronaut Karen Nyberg and successful businesswoman Linda Pancratz returned to UND Friday to receive Honorary Degrees. Nyberg is the only UND graduate to have gone into space and delivered a recorded message for graduates at the 2013 commencement.

Grand Forks native Linda Pancratz is recognized for her leadership in enterprises on both sides of the Atlantic and for philanthropy on behalf of UND and its College of Business and Public Administration.

Friday's commencement is one of the largest August ceremonies on record with 515 students eligible to graduate.
