Charitable foundation in Devils Lake receives $750k gift from late community leaders

The Devils Lake Area Foundation announced Tuesday it received a gift of $750,000 from Fred and Vivian Hoghaug, late leaders in the Devils Lake community.

"We're very appreciative," said Rose Johnson on behalf of the foundation. "We'll be able to do even more grant distribution."
