Bison men draw Sooners in the NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament

FARGO – North Dakota State earned a No. 12 seed for the NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament. The Bison are in the West Region and play No. 5 seed Oklahoma (23-9) on Thursday in Spokane, Wash.

NDSU enters the tournament on a nine-game winning streak.

The Bison are making their second tournament appearance. They last played in the NCAA tournament in 2009, losing to Kansas 84-74 at the Metrodome.

Florida (32-2) earned the overall No. 1 seed in the tournament.
