APPSNAP: Lovely simplifies the apartment search
Grand Forks North Dakota 375 2nd Ave. N. 58203

Four out of five stars.

If you’ve been apartment searching the past couple of years, you know how difficult the task can be. From finding affordable open units to the lengthy application process, the entire search can be quite a handful. But the new app Lovely simplifies the search.

Users can create a renter card with their contact information, annual income, credit score and move-in date. Then, share that information with landlords with the click of a button.

A map with numbered pinpoints shows the user where apartments are available and how many units are open. Listings include complexes as well as individual units. Clicking the pinpoints allows them to view further information about each unit including the price, number of rooms, directions and details. Users can “favorite” an apartment for quick reference, or contact the landlord in an instant.

Phone numbers and email addresses aren’t only listed, but they’re synced with the phone’s applications, eliminating yet another step in the search process. Click the phone icon, and it’ll dial the landlord. Click the email icon and the app has a prewritten email indicating what unit the user is interested in, as well as a request for show times and application materials.

Lovely also allows its users to set up automatic payments with their landlords, so they never miss a rent payment.

The app has all the right search features and filters. It provides all the necessary information about each apartment. It’s aesthetically pleasing, easy to use, and it does all the hard work. So, if you’re on the hunt for a new apartment, do yourself a favor — download Lovely.
