$50 million in conservation funding announced to mitigate Red River Valley flooding
MOORHEAD, Minn. – U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack announced Wednesday that up to $50 million is available over five years to the Red River Valley to help mitigate flooding through a new regional conservation program.
