Jonathan and Mindy Hildremyr of Bismarck are proud to announce the birh of their daughter McKenzie Ann Hildremyr, born April 24, 2008 at 3:37 pm. She weighed 8 lbs 13 oz and was 22 in. long.

Roger and Lois Kovarik of Lankin, ND celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary on Saturday, May 3, 2008 with a small family get together. The couple was married May 4, 1968 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Bechyne. They have seven children: Kristi, Cheryl Storhoff, Kathy (Kelly) Houser, Nancy, Julie (Steve) Anderson, Pam, and Denise; 5 Grandchildren: Taylor and Alec Storhoff, Samantha and Brandon Houser, and Logan Anderson. Gary Fish and JoAnn Hanson were married on May 17th, 1958 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in EGF. They have four children: Michelle (Brad) Hapman - Bentonville, AR, Jeffrey (Connie) Fish - Bethel, MN, Bryan Fish (fiance Heather), and Denise (Brian) Frazier - Atwater, CA. They also have five grandchildren.

Albert and Gertrude Olson, formerly of Larimore, observed their 50th anniversary with a trip to Hawaii.They were married on April 12, 1958.They have three children; Jonna, Jerroll, and Greg. They also have six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

In honor of John and Joyce Lee’s 51st wedding anniversary, their family is hosting a celebration on Saturday, May 10th at the St. Thomas American Legion, St. Thomas. The open house will be at 7 p.m. til 9 p.m. Following the open house, there will be a dance starting at 9:00 p.m. All friends and family are welcome. The couple requests no gifts.

70th Wedding Anniversary Celebration for Loren and Pearl McFarland. The couple was married at the brides parents rural Drayton farm home on May 4th, 1938. All friends are invited to an Open house 12:30 – 2:30 (luncheon begins 12:30) May 4th in the parlors of the Drayton United Methodist Church. The celebration is being hosted by their daughter Joyce McFarland and their late son Dennis McFarland’s wife, Lorna; grandchildren Melanie McFarland; Crystal (Todd) Beckman; Nathanial (Angelique) Hilton; Shawn (Lisa) McFarland; Janelle Hilton, Matthew Joe Hilton and Tyler McFarland.
